Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone that exhibits more brilliance (sparkle) and fire (rainbow dispersion) than a natural diamond. It ranks 9.25 on the Mohs scale, making it extremely durable for daily wear, second only to diamonds. It is also completely conflict-free and significantly more affordable.
Our iced-out and custom watches are water-resistant, typically up to 30 meters (3 ATM). However, because of the aftermarket diamond/moissanite setting process, we do not recommend fully submerging the watch in water (e.g., swimming or showering) to protect the intricate gem settings over time.
Yes, we ship worldwide. All our international shipments are fully insured and tracked. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Please note that buyers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unworn items in their original packaging with all tags and protective films attached. Custom-made orders or personalized items are generally final sale, but we will always work with you if there is a manufacturing defect.
For items marked as 'Made to Order', please allow 15-20 business days for our master jewelers to hand-set the moissanite stones and assemble your timepiece. We will keep you updated throughout the manufacturing process.
