Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Standard Orders
If you wish to cancel a standard order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped or processed, Zaurina will provide a full refund to your original payment method.
Custom or Personalized Orders
Custom-made or personalized items may be canceled within a short period after placement. Once production or customization has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Order Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, customers may request a return in accordance with the Zaurina Refund and Exchange Policy, provided the item meets eligibility requirements.

Refund Processing
