Eligibility for Refund
Customers may request a refund within one hundred days from the delivery date under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective
The product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described at the time of purchase.
Customer Satisfaction
The product is non-defective but you are not satisfied with the purchase, such as selecting the wrong style, size, or design.
Exchanges
Zaurina accepts exchange requests for eligible products within one hundred days from the delivery date. Exchange requests must meet the same conditions as refund requests and must be approved by our support team before the product is returned.
Return Shipping
Zaurina provides free return shipping for approved refund or exchange requests. Return shipping costs are covered by the merchant once the return request has been approved.

Provide Details
Include your Order number, Date of purchase, Description of the issue, and any supporting photos or documentation.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
New Condition
The product must be unused and in new condition.
Original Packaging
The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
No Misuse
The product must not show signs of misuse, wear, or damage caused after delivery.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected, Zaurina will process the refund within fourteen business days to the original payment method used during purchase.
Exclusions
This refund policy does not apply to situations involving damage due to improper use, accidents, or neglect after delivery, nor to claims submitted without sufficient documentation or outside the eligibility period.
